If your PPC Unlock Key does not work, it is usually because your PPC Device Owner Name has been incorrectly entered when you purchased/registered your software. The Pocket PC Owner Name is often used to create the correct Unlock Key for your Device.

To find it please tap START > SETTINGS > OWNER INFORMATION - the Owner name is the top most field.

If you have purchased some software and did not supply us the correct information, please let us know your details and we will create a key for you.

Please make sure that the capitalisation is correct and that there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the name.
